I'm leaving tomorrow at 2 pm. Seattle to LA, LA to Sydney. Hootie hoo.
Below are the guidelines for how we can stay in touch WITHOUT me coming home to a zillion dollar cell phone bill.
1. Don't text me (muy pricey)
2. Don't call me (muy pricey)
3. Email me!
I'll be receiving all email (catmccadden@gmail.com) on my blackberry while I'm gone and the int'l data plan I now have supports unlimited access. Emailing me will definitely be the fastest and cheapest way for us to stay in touch, so write often! I'll of course get back to you as soon as I can.
Regarding voice contact, I'll have a second phone in-country (my old bb pearl). Once I have the SIM card/minutes and phone number, I'll be able to call the states per the rules/regs of whatever plan I buy.
Until then, email email email.
Ok. Off to cross more things off lists now....
